Pricing FAQ
Straight answers about self-hosted packaging and billing.
Is Verixet a hosted SaaS or do I run it?
You deploy Verixet on your infrastructure (Next.js + Postgres). Plans describe how you package limits, policy modes, and integrations for your customers — not a separate cloud SKU in this repository.
What does Pro billing change today?
When Stripe Checkout and webhooks are configured, an active or trialing subscription raises per-API-key hourly throughput for your account. Align blocking, strict modes, and CI templates with how you sell Pro versus Free on your deployment.
When should we upgrade from Free to Pro?
Most teams move up when AI starts changing real code, CI/CD is in the loop, and advisory-only visibility is no longer enough to prevent silent failures.
How is Enterprise different from Pro?
Enterprise is for org-wide governance: multi-workspace boundaries, audit depth, custom policy and approval flows, integrations, and commercial terms. Pro focuses on enforcement and higher throughput for production pipelines.
Where do I configure Stripe and rate limits?
See environment variables in the repository README and documentation — price IDs and STRIPE_PRO_RATE_LIMIT are operator-controlled on your deployment.
How this maps to your deployment
You run Verixet on your own infrastructure. Subscription billing, where enabled, upgrades per-API-key hourly throughput for Pro accounts. Package policy modes, workspaces, CI templates, and integrations to match Free, Pro, and Enterprise for your customers — see documentation and support for setup.
